Katie Gates, L.Ac.
Katie is a NYS board certified acupuncturist. She graduated with honors from the Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at the New York Chiropractic College. Completion of this program earned her a Master’s of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She also studied abroad at Zhejiang Provincial Hospital o...f Traditional Chinese Medicine in Hang Zhou, China. She previously received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from Niagara University. Collectively, her knowledge and clinical experience give her confidence in helping her patients achieve their treatment goals.
Katie hopes to address her patient’s chief health concerns by not only providing relief with treatment but by also equipping that individual with the tools and knowledge necessary to keep themselves healthy.
Ultimately, she wishes to inspire health in those she cares for, with the knowledge and skills of the medicine that has been an inspiration to her.

Kevin Brunelle, LMT
A 2004 graduate of the Finger Lakes School of Massage, Kevin has invested nine years inexploring integrative medicine. He traveled to the Amazon Basin to be initiated into core shamanism, delving into archaic systems of medicine, including a variety of yogic practices, medical herbalism, and several bodywork modalities. Also certified in personal fitness training, and Reiki Levels I and II, Kevin approaches bodywork from a standpoint of deep reverence for the body and our ability to heal ourselves. He has extensive experience providing specific and deep work, including connective tissue therapy and neuromuscular therapy, as well as Swedish massage, and pre- and post-event sports massage. He enjoys giving a dynamic massage, incorporating Eastern and Western sensibilities.

Carlea Seidel, LMT
Carlea is our newest licensed massage therapist at Garman Chiropractic. Carlea graduated from Monroe Community College with a degree in Applied Sciences: Massage Therapy and practices primarily Swedish massage. Carlea has a special interest in patients with cancer and the positive response and health benefits they receive as a result of therapeutic massage. For this reason, she plans to pursue further education to specialize in Oncology Massage.

Liz Hoyler, RN, BSN, LMT
Liz has over 25 years experience in the health and wellness professions. For the past 18 years, she has been a cardiac rehabilitation and preventive cardiology nurse for Strong Memorial Hospital.
Liz's strong belief in the power of healing touch ultimately led her to pursue a career in massage therapy. She graduated from MCC with an AAS in massage Therapy in June 2005.
Liz is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and Emergency Response Massage International. She also works part time for Upstate Fitness Consultants performing fitness assessments for local fire departments.
Liz has been trained in Swedish, deep Tissue, and Shiatsu Massage. She takes the time to talk to each of her clients before each session in order to understand their objectives and their needs, allowing her to tailor the massage to the individual.
